Friends are people you get to know over the years, sometimes they become like a second family. But that depends on whether we keep them in our life or not. Oftentimes the case is we dont’ keep the same friends in our life, sometimes we do. For me I did not keep the same friends, during elementary I moved a total of three times, so I didn’ have many friends at first but am third school I made many friends. For middle school I had one friend group, in which we all hung out with each other. But then covid hit and it became hard to keep in contact with them. Come freshman and sophomore year I had 2 friend groups I hung out with, one more with the other. Then my junior year I moved and the first few weeks of school I didn’t have any friends, but I talked to another new student in my grade and made Friends with her, her name is Franchezca, which she then made friends with another new student, her name is Maruha. I also met some of my other friends through other acquaintances we have in common. That's how I got to have my friends right now.
As for my family, it's pretty big but I currently live with my mom and brother. My grandma used to live with us but moved to Nevada with my mom’ sister because she’s having twins. My parents are divorced, so I used to see my dad on weekends, but now I choose not to see him as often. That concludes the main people I live with. When I was younger I used to be close to my cousin because we’re all around the same age, but I also don’t see them as often because they’re my cousins on my dad’ side. But I still talk with my youngest cousin who is 13. During my life I have also had various pets.
- Skylar (parakeet) - she lives with my grandma but had to come stay with us while my grandma was in Mexico, she was already old but the first day we got him I was so excited, but in the morning when I woke up to check on him he had died.
- Taco (Chihuahua) - Taco was a teacup chihuahua that my dad got for me, he stayed with my dad for the most part, sadly he ran away after a few months.
- Ruben (Chihuahua) - He was also a chihuahua that my dad had got after Taco ran away, he also stayed with my dad but ran away shortly after.
- Angel (Betta fish) - Angel kinds looked like dory in terms of color, she was fine the first few weeks but then started to refuse to eat any food, she died later on.
- Snowflake (White Goldfish) - After Angel had died my mom and I went to the store to pick out another fish, it was between Snowflake and two kisserfish, but I was frozen at the time and liked the color of Snowflake. So he was the one I chose, He lived for a pretty good while but also eventually passed.
- Terry and Tori (Turtles) - My dad got me and my sister each a miniature turtle, but at the time my sister was too young to care for it so it was my responsibility to. I took them home from my dad’s to my mom’s and looked after them, they lived for a while but eventually Tori got sick and died, so Terry outlived Tori, till one day I came back from school and he had passed.
- Petunia (Mini Pinscher) - We got Petunia when I was 8, so all the other pets were before her. When we first got her she was very aggressive, but eventually got used to us. We kept her for 8 years. Recently she got very sick and passed away about 2-3 weeks ago. But she lived a very good life.
- Chewbacca (Maltese-Shitzuh) - We got Chewy the week when Petunia got sick, he is currently two and a half months old, and he’s currently in his Piranha Puppy phase.
