My main hobie is lift weight in the gym so i mean that Lifting weights is crucial for my well-being at 17. It's not just about building physical strength but also cultivating mental resilience. The gym becomes my sanctuary, a space where I challenge and surpass my limits, fostering discipline and determination. Weightlifting empowers me, boosting confidence and enhancing overall health. It's a transformative journey that extends beyond the barbell, influencing both my body and mindset positively. , but second favorite hobby is boxing ,i got more than 1.5 years practice of boxing an this is not about motivation thats about discipline.
